the great pumpkin
Ingredients:
1/2 c pumpkin (canned or freshly cooked)
1/2-1 frozen banana
3/4 - 1 c almond milk (try Elmhurst UNSWEETENED MILKED ALMONDS™) or milk of your choice
1-2 tbsp Stewart’s Maple Syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
optional:
Pinch of ground ginger
1/2 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
Dash of vanilla
Whipped topping/cream
Instructions:
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Top with you favorite whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
