the great pumpkin

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c pumpkin (canned or freshly cooked)

  • 1/2-1 frozen banana

  • 3/4 - 1 c almond milk (try Elmhurst UNSWEETENED MILKED ALMONDS™) or milk of your choice

  • 1-2 tbsp Stewart’s Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    optional:

  • Pinch of ground ginger

  • 1/2 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder

  • Dash of vanilla

  • Whipped topping/cream

Instructions:

  • Blend ingredients until smooth.

  • Top with you favorite whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  • Enjoy!
