Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 c almond milk (try Elmhurst UNSWEETENED MILKED ALMONDS™)

  • 1 tbsp of your favorite nut butter

  • 1 tbsp of honey or maple sugar (for added sweetness)

  • Dash of vanilla

    optional:

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • 1/2 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder

Instructions:

  • Blend until smooth and enjoy!
