Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 c almond milk (try Elmhurst UNSWEETENED MILKED ALMONDS™)
1 tbsp of your favorite nut butter
1 tbsp of honey or maple sugar (for added sweetness)
Dash of vanilla
optional:
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
