the green machine
Ingredients (2 servings):
1 large banana (peeled and sliced)
1/4 - 1/2 avocado
1 large handful of leafy greens (I prefer spinach)
1 c of almond milk (try Elmhurst UNSWEETENED MILKED ALMONDS™)
1 tbsp flaxseed
optional:
1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter (my favorite choice )
Instructions:
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
