the green machine

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 large banana (peeled and sliced)

  • 1/4 - 1/2 avocado

  • 1 large handful of leafy greens (I prefer spinach)

  • 1 c of almond milk (try Elmhurst UNSWEETENED MILKED ALMONDS™)

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

    optional:

  • 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (my favorite choice )

Instructions:

  • Blend until smooth and enjoy!
