spicy crab salad
Ingredients:
8 oz cooked lump crab meat
1 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of cilantro (can be excluded if you don’t like the taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Add crab to a large bowl and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a separate dish and mix.
Pour mixture/sauce over lump crab, reserving a bit on the side.
Fold crab until sauce is well incorporated.
Tips:
Use remaining sauce to dress your favorite roll for a zesty alternative to the traditional lobster roll.
Serve over a bed of fresh greens using sauce as a dressing. Top with diced avocado.
Layer with avocado and serve as a dip with your favorite tortilla chips. Sprinkle with lime and garnish with cilantro for a nice presentation.
