peanut butter fruit dip
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c vanilla greek yogurt (I used Siggi’s, I swear it is the best greek yogurt)
1/2 c natural creamy or crunchy peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1/4 c Stewart’s Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
In the bowl of your stand-mixer (or in a large bowl), combine all ingredients.
Whip/whisk together until you have a smooth consistency.
Refridgerate for 20 minutes or serve immediately.
Enjoy!
Tips:
Serve with graham crackers and your favorite fresh fruit. I love this with green apples, strawberries and cantaloupe.
Substitute greek yogurt with your favorite yogurt.
Substitute maple syrup with honey or agave.
This is such an easy dish to throw together; kid friendly (minus those with nut allergies) and well liked by all! Bring this to your next cook out or serve at your next family gathering. It is sure to be a hit!
